• To inform you of the outcome of your claim within 7 working days after receipt of a complete claim
• To pay death claims within 3 working days after favourable assessment
• To treat all information submitted to us with confidentiality
• To ensure that our staff members are fully trained to respond to customer service queries promptly
• To resolve your complaint or reassessment within 30 days
• To develop, implement and maintain policies and procedures to secure public funds in accordance with the requirements of the applicable legislation and Namfisa
